Billy is a current Division I umpire who has worked a College World Series, and a former minor umpire, and assigns for 3 Northern California Junior College conferences. We talk about the timing of the 2021 baseball season and the COVID-19 testing protocols, some rather unsettled game schedules, the reduced number of available officials, and umpire recruiting.
