Our guest includes our friend, and "New Camp on the Block," Adam Dowdy, the Founder of the Umpire Force. We touch on how Adam got his start in umpiring, his journey through the minor leagues, and his transition into College Baseball. We talk about Adam's history of teaching, training and developing umpires, starting with Jim Evans' school, and several other umpire camps.  We talk about the teaching philosophy and strategies at United Umpires, and the importance of training.
