This episode continues our renewed series regarding the State of the Division (D-II) for college baseball. We are pleased to welcome our guest, Scott Taylor, NCAA National Coordinator of Division II Baseball Umpires. Please join CB, and  E-Nak, as we talk to Scott about the successes from the 2022 season, and the outlook for the rapidly approaching 2023 Baseball Season. We also talk about some of the new rules and expectations for the 2023 season, and some keys to an umpire's development.
