Next week, on July 1st, the penalties and enforcement for the California Consumer Privacy Act go into effect. A recent survey points out that only 14% of companies with California companies are in compliance with CCPA. Only 29% have a plan in place. Make sure your website and your contact collection and processing systems are in compliance. The California Attorney General has indicated that SaaS companies will be some of his first targets for investigation because of the amount of consumer data they collect and process. Our free CCPA checklist is easy to follow and can help your web team make any changes you need before July 1.
