He tells us about dealing with local artists trying to get signed to the label, the beginning of becoming an artist himself which included voicing a combination with Konshens. Russian credits the work ethic of himself and Vybz Kartel for their success thus far and salutes the other producers in the reggae industry who are also helping to keep 'reggae' alive just as much as Dancehall.
