Elba is also the founder of the 501(c)(3) social impact organization ShowMe50.org, which she started out of frustration over the lack of women leaders and the slow adoption of talent management transparency and bias controls. The non-profit’s vision is to achieve 50% women in senior leadership positions across America by influencing change in workplace cultures and talent management practices through high-impact action kits. ShowMe50 is a Global Lean In Regional Leader, partnering with Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In movement to help women advance their careers and break down the barriers women face at work.
