Mindfulness music to relax to.
Live recording of Monochord and Tabbla

Music to relax to.

Music to dream to.

Satyen Gadher and Huw Griffiths

The Indian drone of the Monochord is greeted with the timely tabbla holding the  space in place. This piece of music was a spontaneous  ‘jazz recording’ before a Mindfulness meditation session.

The occasional entrance and chair shuffle is part of the rhythm and live performance.

Allow your self to just drift into the sounds and close your eyes and see what you can see……

Nothing to do, Nothing to undo

All is done and undone in just one breath.

The Tibetan bowls brings in the High Himalayas, The wind the cold the snow covered peaks…..

The Tabbla returns holding the beat, echoing around the space , mesmerising the heart with the rhythm of life.

Rest in natural great peace this exhausted mind,
Beaten helplessly by karma and neurotic thoughts
Like the relentless fury of the pounding waves
In the infinite ocean of samsara.
 Rest in natural great peace.
