Not only is Heath a 4-time Memphis BBQ Network Team of the Year, he has an award-winning line of rubs, sauces and injections. It’s been two years since Heath left the Victory Lane brand to start his own operation. Was there any trepidation about making that key decision? He tells us during a fun conversation.
