Women are amongst the largest forgotten individuals in the prison population. While no one knows exactly what to do in order to prepare for a sentence in prison, there is no journey like that taken by an incarcerated female. This episode discusses the emotional, physical, and mental toll prison has on women, as well as, capitalizes on shared experiences to emphasize the challenges women face.
