On today's episode, the victim of an SDSU football player rape case filed a civil lawsuit against 3 of the perpetrators. We learned in that lawsuit that one of the players was famous SDSU punter Matt Araiza. I do a full detailed story about this case, because the incident goes far beyond Matt Araiza being a famous perpetrator. This is a case of San Diego State failing to properly protect it's young people, and not investigating the case, despite the fact that the rape was common knowledge across SDSU's campus. Also, the criminal investigation process failing the victim once again, and a school putting profits over people as they open a $321 million stadium this weekend
