Dannielle is is a Leadership Development program manager at The Standard, an insurance and financial services company headquartered in Portland, Oregon.

Dannielle has a masters from Antioch University and strong experience in organization and leadership development, learning and development and strategic communications. She has worked in the insurance and financial services industry over 11 years and the technology sector for nearly two decades.

Dannielle is also a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant and former Peace Corps volunteer. She lives in Tualatin, OR with her husband. And most importantly, they have three grown sons, two daughters-in-law and one grandchild with a second due soon.
