Lisa is the Head of Learning Campus Americas at Siemens, where she has over 20 years of experience serving more than 75,000 Siemens employees across the Americas, primarily working in learning, performance improvement, business change initiatives, and program management.

In her role, Lisa is responsible for designing and implementing the learning strategy for business-related learning programs as well as overseeing apprenticeships and developing the future pipeline of workers within the Americas.

Lisa did her undergrad at Clemson University and Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida. She enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her family in their hometown of Winter Park, FL.
