Bonnie Houston is Chief Administrative Officer at National Oilwell Varco (NOV), a multinational oilfield services company based in Houston. As CAO, Bonnie oversees all global human resources functions for NOV’s 35,000+ employees across 60+ countries including general HR support, leadership development, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, talent review, succession, benefits, and compensation. She also leads the global physical security, travel, and fleet teams.

She graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and then from Rice University in 2011 with a Master’s of Business Administration. She has served on advisory councils for Harvard Business Publishing, Oracle, and Petroleum Equipment and Services Association (PESA).
