Dr. Charlene Rousseau. Charlene is an Executive Coach at L&OD consultant. She’s also a speaker, educator, podcaster, and author.

Currently she is the Director of Learning and Development for The Learning Experience, an academy of early childhood, headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL. In her role, she shapes the vision and strategy for learning, growth, and development of TLE’s leadership. She aims to foster high performing and collaborative teams that will warrant scalability and ensure the company’s rapid exponential growth.

Charlene is also the CEO and Co-Founder of InvestHuman podcast, a leadership and professional development podcast dedicated to “reviving the heart of organisations by reigniting the appreciation for the human element of work.”

She also has a PhD in I/O Psychology and her research interests include Adult Learning and Distance and Online Education.
