Currently, she is the Senior Director of Talent Management at Sungard Availability Services, an IT services company based in Wayne, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.

As a Gallup certified coach since 2015, she has coached individuals and facilitated programs for small companies and teams across different industries.

At Sungard AS, she created a strength-based program where close to 40% of employees participated and over 80% believe that strength-based learning has a significant impact on their productivity.
