Bio:

Jay Conger is one of the world’s experts on leadership. You will see him quoted in the Wall Street Journal and other business periodicals analyzing people and trends in the executive suite and in the boardroom. He is a senior research scientist at the USC Marshall School Center for Effective Organizations as well as the Henry Kravis Chaired Professor of Leadership Studies at Claremont McKenna College in Los Angeles

In his career, Jay has authored over one hundred articles and fifteen books on topics ranging from leadership, organizational change and manager development. He is one of a handful of authors who have published multiple articles in the Harvard Business Review. His most recent book is The High Potential’s Advantage (2018)

Jay has taught at the Harvard Business School, INSEAD (France), the London Business School, McGill University, and the University of Southern California and been featured in Business Week, The Economist, The Financial Times, Forbes, Fortune, The LA Times, The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Training, The Wall Street Journal, and Working Woman
