On today's episode, I had the honor to speak with F.B.F. This power conversation focuses on The Importance of Brotherhood, and how to tackle ego, lack of discipline, and mental illness as Black men.




F.B.F. is a group of young entrepreneurial men who are actively working to improve black men's imagery in business, development, and wellness. F.B.F. is comprised of Ant Fakoya, Schwartzen Precil, and Jason Shoneyin. Ant Fakoya is a therapist, Pro Basketball skills developer, author of the 13 Principles of a Black man, and the C.E.O of Onyxx Streetwear. Schwartzen is the author of multiple books entitled Curse By Sin, Cured By Him, and Be Your Own Hero. He is also, a former professional basketball and currently focuses on youth development and foster care reform. Last but surely not least, we have the C.E.O of First Class Help LLC, and popular recording artist and entrepreneur Jason Shoneyin.
