Dave is a hypnotist, a magician and an entertainer. He also has a passion for wrestling. Back in the mid 90's before the internet, before the dirt sheets came out, the best way to get information was to call a wrestling hotline. WWF had one, WCW had theirs, Mean Gene's hotline might have been the most famous. Then there was Dave Curran. He ran a weekly wrestling hotline in southern Ontario via the yellow pages that had hundreds of thousands of listens. Weather it be interviews with up and coming WWE talent such as Edge & Christain. Ot interviewing WCW main stays like Buff Bagwell. Not only that, Dave is currently a promoter and is running a show at the Rec Room in Toronto during the SummerSlam weekend later this summer. That show is the DZ Comedy Tour starring Dolph Ziggler, Sarah Tiana, the Wrestlemaniacs and of course your TNWPod host, Casey Corbin is also part of the event. All of this and so much more.
