Caleb Williams is 28 years old and has already been a head college basketball coach for three seasons.  That in itself makes his story pretty uncommon.  It is the rest of the story that makes him truly unique.  Growing up as the son of a high school football coach, and experiencing the difficulty of seeing his father lose his coaching job in the town that he had called home as a kid, gave Caleb serious doubts about coaching as a career path.  After his playing career at New Bremen High School and then Mt. Vernon Nazarene University though, Caleb Williams was undeniably bitten by the coaching bug.  Still he had to turn down a potential job with the business side of the Miami Dolphins to pursue coaching.  With just two years as a graduate assistant and one season as a full time assistant coach, he was hired to replace the legendary Chris Adams at  UNOH.  A journey driven by a strong, deep faith and marked by tremendous mentors, along with some surprising timing has given Coach Williams the chance to do what he loves.  Please enjoy my visit with Caleb Williams of the University of Northwestern Ohio.
