Laura Whitmore is one of the UK's best known TV presenters. She started her career at MTV and has since gone on to host ITV's I'm A Celebrity, The BRITs, BAFTA and has also appeared as a contestant on BBC 1's Strictly Come Dancing.

In this episode we talk about Laura's childhood in Bray, Ireland and university years in Dublin before winning a competition to become the face of MTV. She's a huge fan of running, yoga and food to make her feel great. She also shares some presenting tips, talks about her feature on the cover of Women's Health magazine and her entry into acting.
