Shana and Adhel had the pleasure of interviewing the talented Inga Tantisalidchai from Oleo restaurant in Newport Beach. We talk about Inga's experience in the bar competition circuit, her advice with 19 years experience from behind the bar and what it's like having students belly up to your bar.

Licor 43 Cocktail of the Episode:
"Carajillo"
50 ml Licor 43 Original (1 part / 1¾oz)
1 hot espresso coffee
Ice cubes
Half fill your glass with ice cubes and pour Licor 43 over the top.
Serve alongside the cup of hot espresso and, before drinking, pour the coffee over the liqueur and stir.
Adhel's Cocktail of the Episode:
"La Bronceada"
1 oz Fords Gin
1 oz Licor 43
.75 oz Fino Sherry
.75 Lemon juice
3 slices grilled pineapple
nutmeg
Muddle pinapple, combine ingredients into shaker, shake the shit out of it. Dump into licor 43 glass or rocks glass. garnish grated nutmeg.
