Moving to tapping into a new market segment, this is where the brand can identify a target audience that is currently not the customer, but may have a need that the brand can serve. Some of the ways a retail brand can do this includes:  


1- Introduce a new product lineup for a new user group  


2- Leverage partnerships  


3- Vertical integration
