Prior to Jolt, he spent the majority of his career at Oracle. During his time at Oracle (MICROS) Bob led numerous strategic initiatives including rebuilding the sales and operations teams to focus on mid-market and large tier customers, and was one of the prominent.

Bob has also been coaching Junior football for nearly 18 years, and will be back at Glen Ellyn Football in Utah for another season!

As an executive and coach, one thing that Bob believes to be the x-factor is preparation, and that is something that I have seen him portray during meetings, key strategy sessions, or webinars.
