In this week's episode, I had the privilege of chatting with James Yurichuck, a Brampton, Ontario native, and founder and CEO of Wuxly Movement, 100% Canadian made outwerwear, which is biodegradable, animal friendly, and vegan approved parkas and jackets.

As a founder and CEO, James bootstrapped Wuxly while playing football in 2015 and has now grown it into a multi-million dollar business in a matter of years. He has recently led a huge initiative in leading manufacturing and production of PPE - reusable medical gowns to aid in the fight against COVID-19, from their Toronto manufacturing facility.

As a football player, James was drafted 4th overall by the BC Lions in 2009 as a linebacker, and had a very successful career with the BC Lions and the Toronto Argonauts. He played for 8 seasons with over 140 games, winning a Grey Cup in 2011, and also won the Jake Goodaur Trophy in 2014.

In the 14+ years that I have known James he is a very humble, hardworking, and one of the most helpful and honest human beings I have seen. And that is something that his team values the most from his leadership. You can check out his company at Wuxly.com, and follow them on Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn @wuxlymovement
