Before starting, find a comfortable place where your free from distraction, following the podcast step by step.

It's Simple

1. While sitting in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breath in and out of your nose, normally.

2. Observe your thoughts, and do nothing with them, just observe and continue to enjoy the infinite peace.

3.While keeping your eyes close, say out loud the mantra, and repeat the mantra, and keep repeating, doing nothing else but repeating the mantra into a softer tone & eventually repeating in your mind silently.

4. Let the mantra come and go as it pleases.

5. Enjoy the infinite peace for 10 minutes

6. after 10 minutes have passed slowly, come back to consciousness giving yourself a 4 minute rest period.

7. Repeat your mantra in your mind for 20 minutes 2x a day, once 1st thing in the morning and another mediation in the afternoon of your choice.

8. If you fall asleep in your mediation, its ok, the mind is repairing itself enjoy & relax.
