Today’s theme: Fitness

Most beaches across Korea have opened in the last week. In time for the summer beach season, we discussed ‘fitness’!

Fitness and a striving for a particular physique strikes us a rather modern concept – something instigated by aerobics and dance in the 1970s. Of course, however, such ideas go as far back as humans themselves. Thousands of years ago, humans didn’t have the fitness club memberships and modern analysis devices we have today, but they were arguably, in general, much stronger than we are today.
