I recently took a trip… the WORST are people who don’t know that you need to have a passport to travel.
They get to the desk, or security, or boarding and are like “OH! You need a passport? I think it’s at the bottom of my suitcase. Let me get it.”
So my solution is that is anyone is like “Passport? What is passport?” then they should immediately have their ticket revoked without refund….
