Well well, 2020 you piece of trash.

Yes we've all learnt lots, and loved (or hated) our families and pets a little more, felt locked in and seen the world's economies teeter on the edge...

It hasn't been a great year, for most of us. I personally should have had at least 30 BTLs BRRs in 2020, but I finish with 12. I stopped buying when Corona hit, and well, maybe I shouldn't of? Seeing as prices went crazy and defied what most thought, great chances to buy and flip stuff in auction with actual ease.

Alas, hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it. The Property Market has been fun.
