Tek Talk welcomes Jeff Bazer, Freedom Scientific’s Director of Sales for the South Central region, to discuss their training resources 04/19/2021 - a podcast by Accessible World Team

Freedom Scientific has a vast array of training resources, most of which have been updated in the past few months. We will examine what's available off the main training page, including basic training for JAWS, ZoomText and Fusion, quick tips and short video tutorials. In addition, we will discuss archived webinars consisting of everything from Microsoft Teams and Office 365, to the Google Suite of applications. We will also touch on best practices when using Freedom Scientific software on the internet, as well as certification for training.

Jeff Bazer's career in the assistive technology industry spans 20 years, 11 of those have been at Vispero and Freedom Scientific. He currently serves as Director of Sales for the south Central Region including Texas, and primarily works through his robust dealer network. Jeff believes that outstanding customer service and support makes the difference with his customers, and is most proud of the vast network of training tools Vispero has to offer. Prior to his move to Vispero headquarters in Florida, Jeff also spent 15 years in radio, working in Minnesota and South Dakota. He attributes his communications background for his presentation style, and always remembering that listening can be even more important than sharing.
