TFB B-Side Podcast Doug E on Responding to Shootings and the Grey Man - a podcast by The Firearm Blog

Today on the B-Side podcast I've brought along my good friend Doug E to talk about a few different things. First on our list of things to talk about is hot topic of responding to shootings. Although its something we never want to deal with, the unfortunate reality is that random violence can happen to us almost anytime and anywhere. Using his experiences in law enforcement, Doug gives us his thoughts on how you should ideally respond to a shooting in progress or maybe even one you've been involved in yourself.

Second, we talk about the concept of the Grey Man. Coined as a term to describe a person who is prepared to defend oneself in an instant, the concept has been somewhat bastardized to reflect a person decked out in the latest tactical gear instead of an unassuming guy just minding his own business in swim trucks. Doug also gives us his thoughts on this concept and we discuss a bit about how the Grey Man might actually be you already.
