The Safariland Group as a whole also has several other very popular firearms products brands including Break Free, Bianchi, Med-Eng, Hardwire Armor, and Hatch gloves. On today's episode, Dave and I take a deep dive into the development history of Safariland's duty-rated holsters, their expansion into EDC holsters, as well as a thorough explanation of what their retention levels mean and how that system came to be established.
