The Supreme Court of India gave an important set of judgments related to Aadhaar in September 2018. These judgments will have deep implications for the government's use of Aadhaar, the future of India's welfare schemes, for citizens' privacy and for the private sector. How will this play out in 2019 and beyond? Alok Prasanna Kumar talks to hosts Surya Prakash BS and Pavan Srinath to help simplify what the judgments contained, what their implications are for 2019 and beyond. Alok is a former Supreme Court lawyer, and currently a Senior Fellow at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy.
