Mental health is not just a challenge for individuals. Mental health crises need to be addressed by us as families, communities, friends, society, and governments.

Ranjitha Jeurkar and Dr. Sowmya Krishna return to the Thale-Harate Kannada Podcast on Episode 69. They talk to hosts Pavan Srinath and Ganesh Chakravarthi on how India as a whole deals with mental health today, and what systemic steps need to be taken to transform the well-being of all.

Ranjitha Jeurkar works at the White Swan Foundation for Mental Health, and has previously worked in broadcast and print media. Dr. Sowmya Krishna is a practicing psychiatrist in Bengaluru, who has worked for over 15 years in both India and the UK.
