Yosef Funke -Father of a 6 year old son, and with his soon to be birthed second son Yosef is given the opportunity to begin the count of 12 Summers again. His roles as father and husband are giving him greatest fulfillment in life. He loves taking his family to the beach, spend time in nature, going on bike rides, making weekly family dinners, and inventing and playing collaborative games as a family.

In his work, Yosef’s mission is to accelerate rates of positive change by helping individuals and teams to shift their mindset from scarcity mentality to abundance consciousness, unite their co-creative forces, and collaborate effectively. He runs a leadership and team development agency, Brain-Friendly Dynamics out of Los Angeles. Incorporating the best of behavioral science and experiential learning, along with positive psychology, evolutionary biology, and play, his deliverables focus on establishing the preconditions for one’s potential to manifest.

Yosef is discovering how the scientific collaboration models, mindsets, and practices that are helping professionals to be more self aware, take accountability, and be truthful also apply to parenting and preventing childhood trauma. During the 12 Summers (and beyond), Yosef is committed to ensuring that his sons always know how much they are loved and that their thoughts, feelings, and actions matter.
