Super League and Toronto Wolf Pack ft. Sandy Shipley! - a podcast by Adam Hoy and Jarrod Mewton

On our longest episode to date we welcome in Sandy Shipley (@SandyDShipley01 on Twitter) all the way from Toronto via the UK. Sandy is a business owner, mother of three from Toronto who is living in London and has been there from day 1 to watch the Wolf Pack emerge onto the World Stage. 

Sandy jumped on as co-host with the boys as they discuss a warming gesture from the Warriors, possible rule changes for the 2020 season and beyond and whether choosing not to take the flu shot is really a big deal at all. 

We focus on how the season started for the Cowboys, Eels, Panthers and Rabbitohs and what their futures may hold due to injuries and suspensions. 

The second half of the show is an real eye opener! Sandy provides an insight into the emergence of the Wolf Pack, from their beginnings to their Super League berth. Her stories include meeting SBW (with no real prior knowledge of who he was), how sport is a business and that decisions made by a sport club should prioritise its future over all else and how fans in the UK and North America have a connection and understanding of their club that goes far beyond what happens on the field of play.

My favourite Australian brewery, Hop Nation has a beer for everyone! Melbourne Fog is their first hazy pale and once you pour the beer it's not hard to imagine where they may have got the name for it. Featuring fruity notes from Nelson Sauvin, Loral and Mosaic hops, it gets its full haze dose thanks to 50% oat malt.

For those who love a NEIPA (New England IPA), Melbourne Fog has the same full body and flavour, although without the huge alcohol hit! What's not to like?
