Brewery and Beer: Modus Operandi Brewing Co. Blueberry Imperial Sour

Style: Imperial Sour

Country/Location: Mona Vale, Sydney, Australia.

One of my favourite breweries with a solid portfolio of cracking beers. Modus has delivered yet again with this absolute monster! 300kg of blueberries went into this thing! When you see the ruby colour complete with a purple tinge you'll believe it.

The aroma and colour set you up for sweetness, however the first sip will set you straight. Think sour skittles followed by a blueberry kick and a thick and creamy mouth feel. So epically good, it'll be gone before you know it, just don't stand up to quick afterwards!
