Vicarious Visions. Blizzard “acquires” the 200-person studio based in Albany.

CD Projekt. Hackers acquire source code for several games, including Cyberpunk, Witcher 3, and Gwent, as well as internal and HR documents, and ask for ransom. The developer has no intention of paying.

Terraria. Stadia version canceled after Re-Logic is locked out of their Google accounts for several weeks with no explanation.

Stadia. Google is shutting down its internal development division for the platform and will focus on partnering with third-parties.

BlizzConline. Blizzard doing a virtual showcase Feb 19-20 to replace last year’s BlizzCon.

SM3DW+BF. Wii U port plus new content releases Feb 12th.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Sequel film announced for April 8, 2022.
