QUICKFIRE NEWS

Animal Crossing. A free update on Nov. 5th will be the final free content update. Paid DLC will also be available on the same day.

Critical Role. Campaign 3, set in Marquet, starts October 21st. According to a Variety interview with the cast, a video game is in the early stages of development. Additionally, Call of the Nethderdeep is a new adventure from WotC/CR to be released in Spring 2022 (Matt Mercer, James Haeck, Chris Perkins, LaTia Jacquise, Mackenzie De Armas, Sadie Lowry, Cassandra Khaw).

Steam. Valve’s platform recently added provisions to its publishing rules that prohibit the sale of games featuring NFTs.

DC Fandome 2021. New trailers for The Batman, Peacemaker, and Black Adam as well as Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and WB Games’s Gotham Knights: Court of Owls.

Marvel. Several Phase 4 films delayed - Dr. Strange to 5/6/22, Thor to 7/8/22, Black Panther to 11/11/22, Marvels to 2/17/23, Ant-Man 3 to 7/28/23

Pokemon. Greedent revealed as the next Pokemon to be included in the Pokemon Unite roster. Shiny Zacian and Zamazenta codes benign distributed by GameStop (10/22-11/11 for Shield, 11/12-11/26 for Sword).
