Masonic Goat-Riders: A Question of Initiation - a podcast by Jon Towers

For over a hundred years or so, the opponents of Freemasonry have told urban legends and stories about Freemason brothers “riding goats” as a part of their secret initiations. Let’s plug our nose and dive deep into what this colorful euphemism might mean, digging into the manufacture and sales of mechanical goats that were seemingly built for these initiations and we may actually drunkenly stumble upon an obscure and ancient deity that might help us shed some light on some of all this business.
