Will Fan is the co-founder and CEO at NewCampus, a modern leadership school looking to equip a new generation of critical thinkers and infinite learners.



As the cheerleader of changing the way people learn, he works with the government, corporates, universities, and startups to build a modern learning experience for the changing workforce. Find him writing on the future of work and learning, speaking and lecturing on scaling culture at hypergrowth organizations, and occasionally illustrating for the world of NFTs.


Before founding NewCampus, he was a debt capital analyst at Nomura and a management consultant at Accenture. He also previously co-founded an ed-tech, QLC, which helps millennials try new career experiences from anywhere in the world.


He is a member of Forbes Business Council and was previously awarded Forbes China’s 30 under 30 (Education) in 2017.
