As a Global Executive and Leadership Coach, Steven Lock runs Executive Leadership Coaching International to help Senior Executives and Leaders overcome challenges associated with leadership, motivation, engagement, and performance. His passion is to help senior leaders and executives become even more effective leaders and reach their professional and organisational goals in the shortest time possible.

As a Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC), his conviction is that coaching should be Short, Sharp, and Impactful™.

Steven serves an international client base – from Singapore, Malaysia, India to Switzerland.  His coaching clients include a wide spectrum of professionals, including CEO, COO, CFO, CISO, MD, Senior Leaders, Heads of Departments, senior medical consultants (Specialist Doctors) in the private and public sectors. He works with Microsoft, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Novartis, and General Electric.

Steven is currently on the panel of Executive Coaches for the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Executive MBA (EMBA) programme and a Senior Career Fellow (SCF) with Nanyang Business School (NTU NBS).
