The point we're trying to make is that effort is part of life, in fact it is the only joy in life! When you do extreme sports - that's effort! When you skydive - what an effort! When you finally play your cards right and get that first kiss - thank goodness for the effort - so worth it! Everything good in life comes from the effort! The question is, what is your point of view on effort...? In this episode we give you some different ideas on effort, and we think it may give you a new lens to look at life through - and it's pretty beautiful.
