Dustin Speed is an international realtor with networks in Canada, UK, and Australia. Growing up in a small town in Alexandria taught him many things in life like being of service to the community. He served as an altar boy in his younger years, and he was also motivated by his mother to be a volunteer in a hospital in their town. Through these experiences, he learned the essence of a community.

 

He entered the military at the age of 17 and eventually pursued his passion for medicine. He became a firefighter and a paramedic for around 12 years. As he explored many possibilities, he found himself in real state world which is the perfect fit for him. Just like how a military man,  a firefighter, and a medic deliver their selfless service, he now gives the same quality of service as a real estate realtor. 

As he manages eXp Realty, he applies the work ethics which he learned from his family. He feels the need to serve and to put people ahead of his own needs. Through his real estate business, he can reach to families who are finding solutions to their pains of owning a home. He cares so much about his customers. He is who he is now because of his personal experiences.
