However, For former Toronto mayor John Sewell , reforming the police has been a mission for half a century. His latest book is ,Crisis in Canada's Policing: Why change is so hard, and how we can get real reform in our police forces,, and he's also coordinator of the Toronto Police Accountability Coalition.
