Instead they found that inequity goes deeper than that - women are stalling in middle management, not making it to plum top-earning job status. But more than that, they are outnumbered in decision-making positions in a number of public entities that are instrumental in the lives of Canadian, such as provincial governments, municipalities, universities, and publicly-owned corporations.
