COVID-19 in New York with three children has  not been without its challenges but one of the key sanity checks was the  opportunity to get out and run. "It reinforced for me that we are made  to move. It was not easy to keep my daughters active and one day I put a  step counter on one of them to help get the message across. She only  walked 300 steps in the whole day".
