Her clinical and research experiences include The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Kennedy Krieger Institute, and the public school system. She specializes in parenting skills, work-life balance, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety disorders. She has over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist.

She also blogs about mental health topic on The Empowered Parent website.  She also spends a lot of her time on community service project through Be Well Initiative organization, which is focused on advocating for mental health, destigmatizing mental health specially in the Nepalese American community.
