This episode we have a chat with professional MMA fighter John Vake, who fights out of City Kickboxing. John is the eldest of the four Vake brothers, he shares with us his story of coming into combat sports, his MMA career so far including his fight with Israel Adesanya back in the day before becoming teammates, crossing paths with legendary MMA coach Eugene Bareman and shares some cool stories and crazy travel experiences. John is also someone who works with and helps troubled youths and shares those experience and learnings with us.
