This episode we have a chat with Dave Wood, owner of Woodys Movement Workshop. Dave was previously a paramedic and lifeguard for many years. He has several programs at WMW including the famous o IronSand Training which was recently featured on the UFC Embedded show. Dave coaches many athletes from different field, but almost all the UFC boys at City Kickboxing such as Israel Adesanya, Dan Hooker, Kai Kara France, Brad Riddell and even world class boxers like Junior Fa. Dave shares with us stories of his travels, his journey, how WMW came about, working with world class elite athletes, his experience working as a paramedic, his love for surfing and exploring and many more.
