Today on the Podcast, we have author Andrew James Bauman for Part 1 of A Brave Lament. Next week his wife Christy Bauman will be joining us for Part 2. Andrew and Christy wrote A Brave Lament in the wake of losing their firstborn son to a tragic umbilical cord accident. Christy was roughly 42 weeks when she had to deliver her stillborn child.

You may be thinking to yourself, 2020 has already been a drag, I don't need to be pulled further down. I would say these next 2 episodes may be the most important episodes we've done. Grief has and will affect us all, so we might want to be prepared by having a better understanding from those who have been through it. It's much easier to sit down and binge something on Netflix, but that is not why we are here or what we are about. We want you to GROW, and if you are oblivious to grief, it makes it all the harder when it does strike.

Grief isn't all dark. We talk about resurrection, rebirth, and renewal as well. If you feel like you are still "trying to catch up" on the cast, just jump ahead to this one. It may change the way you think.
